Suspended trading on 27/07/2011,based on mother share closing at RM2.24, the CE should worth (RM2.24-RM1.95)/2 = RM0.145 but CE closed at RM0.12, Why the trade done at RM0.12?

This is due to the settlement price using the closing price not average weighted price over 5 days, the price drop RM0.30 on 25/07/2011(1.4mil shares @ -RM0.30 loss RM420k), OSK Investment Bhd (Issue House) will save RM2.70mil (90,000,000 unit @ RM0.03 (30 sen / 5 days) for the dropping, If this sell down for Issue House?
