This is due to the settlement price using the closing price not average weighted price over 5 days, the price drop RM0.30 on 25/07/2011(1.4mil shares @ -RM0.30 loss RM420k), OSK Investment Bhd (Issue House) will save RM2.70mil (90,000,000 unit @ RM0.03 (30 sen / 5 days) for the dropping, If this sell down for Issue House?

（吉隆坡14日訊）福星（ASUPREM，7070，主要板工業）冒出新大股東，王太進（Ong Tai Chin，譯音）崛起成為主要股東，直接持股13%股權。 　根據馬證交所資料，王太進于本月8日（週五）在公開市場購入584萬8500股，相等于13%股權，但未透露交易價格。
同時，王太進透過另3名股東，再間接持有福星39萬9500股或0.89%股權。
福星的繳足資本達4500萬股。
截至今年3月31日，A1資本私人有限公司是該公司的最大股東，持股891萬2000股或19.81%股權，另一主要股東朝聖基金局（LTH）擁有664萬1000股或14.76%股權。
福星的核心業務為製造和出口電子玩具、電子音樂器材、電訊與保安產品等。
該公司截至去年10月底負債1600萬令吉。
今日閉市時，福星平盤收22仙，成交量66萬1700股。
